2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is published to provide information about the services offered by the Business and to make it easier to get in touch and submit appointment requests. No direct payments are taken and no online sales are made through the Site.

3. Appointment requests

Appointment requests submitted through the Site are a request only; an appointment is not final until it is confirmed by the Business. The appointment form does not save the information you enter on a server; it simply converts it into the text of a WhatsApp message, and you confirm the sending yourself.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we kindly ask you to let us know at least 4 hours in advance. In cases of repeated no-shows without notice, the Business reserves the right to request a prepayment when granting future appointments.

4. Nature of the information and limitation of liability

The durations, numbers of sessions and descriptions of results given on the Site are average values; they vary from person to person and do not constitute a commitment. Prices are not published on the Site; current pricing information is obtained from the Business.

5. Intellectual property rights

All text, images, logos, design and layout elements on the Site belong to the Business or are used by the Business under licence. This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Business. The name “Vicenza Beauty Lounge” and its logo are trademarks of the Business.

Persons who qualify as consumers have the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in accordance with the relevant legislation.
